Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

At Present Play Co., each sensory mix is handcrafted and packaged with care in small batches.

Due to the nature of our products and for the health and safety of all customers, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any purchased items. All sales are final.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or are missing part of your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@presentplayco.com with your order number and photos of the items and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this time, orders begin processing and cannot be canceled or modified.
